If You Love Your Dog But Can't Take Them Anywhere Nice...
You live in one of Dallas's most prestigious neighborhoods. Your home is impeccable. Your lifestyle is refined. But your dog? They pull on walks through Highland Park Village. They jump on guests at your Bluffview dinner parties. They can't settle under the table at Bistro 31 or Nick & Sam's. They bark at the valet. They lunge at other dogs on Katy Trail.
So you leave them home. Every time you go somewhere nice, your dog stays behind. You can't take them to brunch at The French Room. You can't bring them to your kids' games at Jesuit or Hockaday. You can't include them in your Southlake Town Square weekends or Legacy West shopping trips.
You love your dog deeply. But honestly? They're embarrassing in public. And that breaks your heart because you WANT them with you. You want to be the family with the beautifully trained dog everyone admires.
That's exactly what the Elite 4-Week Board & Train delivers.
What Makes the Elite Program Different from Standard Board & Train?

The Science Behind Elite Off-Leash Mastery
Our Elite program isn't just "more training time"—it's strategically designed around advanced behavioral science that produces off-leash reliability in high-distraction luxury environments. Here's the PhD-level psychology behind what makes Elite work:
Advanced Training Psychology: PhD-Backed Methods
While our 2-week programs teach foundational obedience, the Elite 4-week program applies advanced learning theory to create dogs who maintain perfect composure in the demanding environments our Park Cities clients navigate daily. This requires psychological concepts that most trainers never implement:
"Excel-erated Learning: Explaining in Plain English How Dogs Learn and How Best to Teach Them"
Advanced concepts we apply in Elite training:
- Stimulus generalization – Why 12+ public outings matter: Dogs don't automatically transfer "heel at the park" to "heel at Highland Park Village." Each new environment requires explicit training. We proof your dog at country clubs, valet stands, outdoor dining, shopping districts, and luxury hotels so they generalize obedience across ALL upscale contexts.
- Discrimination training – Teaching your dog to respond to commands despite powerful competing stimuli. In luxury environments, distractions are intense: other dogs, food smells, crowds, valet movement, golf cart traffic. Elite training conditions your dog to discriminate "obey the command" from "react to the environment."
- Variable reinforcement schedules – Why Elite dogs maintain reliability without constant treats. We transition from continuous reinforcement to variable schedules, creating long-term behavioral maintenance. Your dog obeys because the behavior is ingrained, not because they're waiting for food.
- Proofing protocols – Systematic exposure to escalating distractions. We don't just "practice in public"—we follow Reid's evidence-based proofing hierarchy: start with predictable low distractions, gradually increase unpredictability and intensity, then proof in novel environments your dog has never seen.
Why this matters for luxury families: Your dog will encounter valets, sidewalk dining, country club terraces, private event crowds, and travel scenarios. Random public practice isn't enough—systematic stimulus generalization is what creates reliability in YOUR specific lifestyle.
"The Other End of the Leash: Why We Do What We Do Around Dogs"
Advanced concepts we apply in Elite training:
- Multi-handler communication refinement – Park Cities families have complex households: parents, children, nannies, house managers, drivers, visiting relatives. McConnell's research shows dogs struggle when different handlers give conflicting body language or inconsistent cues. Elite training includes multi-handler transfer sessions where EVERYONE learns identical communication, so your dog responds perfectly regardless of who's handling them.
- Subtle communication in upscale environments – Luxury settings require discreet handling. You can't yell "COME!" across Highland Park Village or jerk your dog's leash at a country club. Elite training teaches micro-cues (subtle leash pressure, quiet verbal markers, minimal body language) that maintain control without drawing attention.
- Reading stress in high-pressure contexts – McConnell emphasizes handler ability to read dog stress before problems escalate. Elite training teaches you to identify early stress signals (lip licking, whale eye, tense body) so you can intervene before your dog reacts at a crowded event or busy restaurant patio.
- Cross-species communication clarity – We train you to stop confusing your dog with mixed signals. Most owners inadvertently communicate anxiety, frustration, or inconsistency through tone and body language. Elite includes coaching on human behavior modification—how YOU need to communicate to maintain your dog's training.
Why this matters for luxury families: Your household staff, children, and visiting family need to handle your dog seamlessly. Elite ensures everyone uses the same language, preventing the "dog listens to dad but ignores mom" problem common in multi-handler homes.
"Dog Sense: How the New Science of Dog Behavior Can Make You a Better Friend to Your Pet"
Advanced concepts we apply in Elite training:
- Luxury environment psychology – Bradshaw's research explores how dogs experience novel and stimulating environments. Upscale venues present unique challenges: reflective glass storefronts (dog sees their reflection and reacts), marble floors (slippery, scary for some dogs), elevator sounds, valet whistles, golf cart movement. Elite training specifically conditions confidence in these elite-environment stressors.
- Managing arousal in high-stimulus settings – Country clubs, restaurant patios, and shopping districts are AROUSING for dogs. Bradshaw explains arousal management—teaching dogs to maintain calm despite exciting environments. Elite training builds a mental "off switch" so your dog can settle under a table at The Mansion or walk calmly past outdoor diners at Sixty Vines.
- Confidence building for travel and new venues – Luxury families travel. Your dog needs confidence in hotels, airports, rental properties, and unfamiliar cities. Elite training creates adaptable dogs who generalize their training to brand-new contexts without anxiety or reactivity.
Why this matters for luxury families: You don't just need obedience—you need a dog who's CONFIDENT in upscale environments. Elite training addresses the psychological component of luxury lifestyle demands.
"Wag: The Science of Making Your Dog Happy"
Advanced concepts we apply in Elite training:
- Quality of life in elite lifestyles – Todd emphasizes that training should enhance, not restrict, a dog's wellbeing. Elite-trained dogs experience BETTER lives: they accompany their families to stimulating locations, receive mental enrichment through training challenges, and avoid the isolation of being left home constantly. Our training creates dogs who ENJOY participating in your lifestyle.
- Stress-free participation in luxury activities – Many dogs are anxious at restaurants, nervous around crowds, or stressed during travel. Elite training doesn't just suppress these reactions—it teaches genuine comfort. Your dog learns that country club terraces are fun, sidewalk dining is relaxing, and travel is an adventure.
- Enrichment through high-performance training – Elite dogs receive 8-10 training sessions daily, providing massive mental stimulation. This isn't boring repetition—it's engaging problem-solving that prevents boredom and destructive behavior at home.
Why this matters for luxury families: You want a dog who's HAPPY being your companion, not stressed or anxious. Elite training creates dogs who thrive in your lifestyle, not dogs who simply tolerate it.
Scientific foundation: These aren't celebrity trainers or YouTube personalities—these are PhDs in psychology, zoology, and animal behavior whose research is peer-reviewed and evidence-based. Our Elite program applies their scientific findings to create the most advanced dog training available in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Real Elite Transformations: Park Cities & Preston Hollow Success Stories
The family: Highland Park couple with three children (ages 5, 8, 11) who wanted their dog to accompany them to school events, brunch at Highland Park Village, and weekend trips to their Lake Texoma property.
The problem: Charlotte was friendly but chaotic—jumped on everyone, pulled violently on walks, barked at other dogs, couldn't settle in public, and was completely unreliable off-leash. The family loved her but left her home constantly because she was embarrassing.
Elite 4-Week Program results:
- Perfect heel through Highland Park Village—walked past outdoor diners, other dogs, and crowds without pulling once
- Down-stay under the table at Cafe Pacific for 90 minutes without moving
- Off-leash recall at their Lake Texoma property—came immediately even with ducks nearby
- Calm, polite greetings with children at Hockaday pickup (no jumping)
- Settled quietly in the car during grocery errands and school carpools
Family's testimonial: "We got a completely different dog back. Charlotte is now our DREAM dog. We take her everywhere—brunch, kids' sports, weekend trips. She's perfectly behaved, and we get compliments constantly. The Elite program was worth every penny of the $5,800. We would have paid double."
Why Elite made the difference: The 12+ public outings specifically in Highland Park Village, Knox-Henderson, and Katy Trail taught Charlotte to generalize obedience in the EXACT environments this family frequents. Two weeks wouldn't have provided enough luxury venue exposure.
The family: Southlake executive and his wife who entertain frequently at home, dine at upscale Southlake restaurants, and travel extensively for work.
The problem: Winston was high-energy, reactive to other dogs, jumped on dinner guests, barked at the doorbell, and was completely untrustworthy off-leash. The husband wanted to take Winston to the office (luxury high-rise in Uptown Dallas) but couldn't trust his behavior.
Elite 4-Week Program results:
- Place command during dinner parties—stayed on his mat for 2+ hours while guests ate
- Perfect elevator and lobby manners in Uptown high-rise office building
- Off-leash reliability at Southlake Town Square—walked beside owner without leash, ignored other dogs completely
- Calm vehicle loading/unloading for valet situations at restaurants
- Silent "place" command during client meetings at the office
Family's testimonial: "Winston now comes to the office daily, accompanies us to dinner at Sixty Vines and Del Frisco's Grille, and we can finally have guests over without stress. The Elite program transformed our lives. We're no longer embarrassed by our dog—we're PROUD of him."
Why Elite made the difference: Office building training required advanced skills (elevator neutrality, lobby settling, quiet duration during meetings) that go beyond standard board & train. The 4-week timeline allowed systematic proofing in this family's actual work environment.
The family: Preston Hollow family (both parents, two teenagers, live-in housekeeper) with a large property who wanted their German Shepherd to be a well-mannered family companion and reliable property guardian.
The problem: Duke was protective (barked aggressively at delivery drivers), pulled on walks through the neighborhood, jumped on the teenagers' friends, and couldn't be trusted off-leash on their property. The family worried he'd escape the gate during maintenance visits.
Elite 4-Week Program results:
- Door manners—stays in "place" during doorbell rings, allows guests to enter calmly
- Perfect heel on neighborhood walks—parents and teenagers can all walk him safely
- Reliable recall on property—returns immediately when called, even with squirrels present
- Multi-handler consistency—housekeeper, parents, and teenagers all handle him with identical cues
- AKC Canine Good Citizen certification at graduation
Family's testimonial: "Duke went from liability to asset. Our teenagers can walk him safely. Our housekeeper can let him in/out. We trust him off-leash on our property. The multi-handler training was crucial—everyone in our home needed to be able to control him, and now they can. The Elite program delivered exactly what we needed."
Why Elite made the difference: Multi-handler transfer session trained four different family members, ensuring consistent handling across the household. The extended 4-week timeline allowed enough repetitions for Duke to respond reliably to different handlers with varying communication styles.
Common thread in all three stories? These families needed MORE than basic obedience—they needed dogs trained for their specific upscale Dallas lifestyles. That's exactly what the Elite 4-Week Program delivers.
Why $5,800 Is a Smart Investment for Luxury Families
Let's be honest: $5,800 is a significant investment. But for Dallas families who value their time, lifestyle, and peace of mind, here's the ROI breakdown:
What You're Actually Paying For:
- 784 hours of professional care (28 days × 24 hours + 8-10 training sessions daily)
- 12+ public training outings in luxury Dallas venues ($100-150 per session if private = $1,200-1,800 value)
- AKC CGC certification ($150-250 value when purchased separately)
- Premium equipment (e-collar, Rader leash, custom place stand = $400-500 value)
- Multi-handler transfer session (2-3 hours in-home training for entire household = $300-450 value)
- Lifetime support (free refreshers, phone consultations, community access = priceless)
Total value if purchased separately: $8,000-10,000+
Your investment: $5,800
The Hidden Costs of NOT Training Your Dog:
- Lifestyle limitations: How much is it worth to finally take your dog to brunch, dinner, kids' events, and weekend trips? To not leave them home constantly?
- Embarrassment and stress: The anxiety of wondering "will my dog behave?" before every outing. The shame when they jump on guests or bark at valets. The isolation of not being able to participate in dog-friendly Dallas activities.
- Damaged relationships: How much strain has your dog's behavior caused? Arguments about whether to bring the dog? Guests who don't want to visit? Family members who refuse to walk them?
- Time you'll never get back: Your dog's prime years are LIMITED. Every month you delay training is a month you can't include them in your life. Can you afford to wait another year before your dog is trained?
- Failed training attempts: How much have you already spent on trainers who didn't deliver results? Group classes that didn't work? YouTube videos and training books that left you frustrated?
What Elite-Trained Dogs Are Worth to Luxury Families:
Peace of mind: You know EXACTLY how your dog will behave in any situation. No anxiety, no surprises, no stress.
Freedom: You can take your dog anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth without hesitation. Highland Park Village? Yes. Country club brunch? Absolutely. Kids' soccer games? Of course. Weekend trip to Fredericksburg? Pack the dog!
Pride: Instead of being embarrassed by your dog, you're PROUD. People compliment their behavior. Your friends ask who trained them. Your dog becomes an asset to your family, not a liability.
Quality time: No more leaving your dog home. They become part of your LIFE—walks, errands, dinners, trips. You get to ENJOY your dog instead of managing them.
For most Dallas luxury families, that's worth far more than $5,800.

🏠 Home & Property Management

Why Elite Training DFW Beats Other "Luxury" Dog Trainers
Dallas has plenty of dog trainers who claim to serve upscale clients. Here's why discerning families choose our Elite program:
1. We Actually Train in Luxury Environments
Other trainers: Practice in random parks and claim it transfers to upscale venues.
Elite program: 12+ outings at Highland Park Village, Southlake Town Square, Legacy West, country clubs, valet stands, and the specific venues YOUR family frequents. Stimulus generalization requires training in actual elite environments, not hoping park training transfers.
2. PhD-Backed Science, Not Celebrity Gimmicks
Other trainers: Follow trendy methods from TV shows and YouTube influencers with no scientific background.
Elite program: Methods based on peer-reviewed research from PhDs in animal behavior, psychology, and zoology. We apply advanced learning theory (stimulus generalization, discrimination training, variable reinforcement schedules) that produces lasting results.
3. Multi-Handler Training Included
Other trainers: Train dog with owner only. When nanny, housekeeper, or teenagers try to handle the dog, commands fall apart.
Elite program: Multi-handler transfer session trains everyone in your household—parents, kids, staff. Every handler learns identical cues and communication so your dog responds consistently regardless of who's giving commands.
4. True Off-Leash Reliability
Other trainers: "Off-leash obedience" means dog listens in their backyard or empty park.
Elite program: 100% off-leash reliability guarantee* means your dog maintains obedience at crowded Southlake Town Square, busy Highland Park Village, and Katy Trail on Saturday mornings—not just in controlled environments.
5. AKC CGC Certification Included
Other trainers: Charge extra for AKC Canine Good Citizen testing or don't offer it at all.
Elite program: CGC test included in your $5,800 investment. Your dog graduates with nationally recognized certification proving their excellent temperament and training.
6. Lifetime Support That's Actually Lifetime
Other trainers: "Lifetime support" means you can call with questions. Maybe they answer.
Elite program: FREE refresher sessions if skills ever slip, private community access for exclusive events and pack walks, priority booking for future services, and we actually answer when you call. We're invested in your dog's success for LIFE.
7. White-Glove Concierge Experience
Other trainers: Drop off/pick up on their schedule. Minimal communication during training.
Elite program: Flexible scheduling, progress updates during training, 2-3 hour in-home transfer session at YOUR convenience, discreet service that respects your privacy and schedule.
Bottom line: We're not the cheapest Dallas dog trainers. We're the BEST for luxury families who demand excellence and results, not excuses.

It's comprehensive luxury training, not just extended basic training.
- Is my dog a good fit for the Elite program?
- Elite works for most dogs (6 months+) without severe aggression, reactivity, or anxiety. Ideal candidates: dogs who need off-leash reliability, families who want to include their dog in upscale activities, households with multiple handlers (kids, staff, relatives). If your dog has known aggression/severe reactivity, we'll assess whether Elite is appropriate or if behavior modification should come first. Schedule a consultation—we'll give you honest guidance.
- What's included in the $5,800 investment?
- Everything: 28 days residential training, 8-10 sessions daily, 12+ public outings in luxury Dallas venues, AKC CGC test and certification, professional e-collar and leash, Premium Rader Leash, custom place stand sized for your dog, 2-3 hour in-home multi-handler transfer session (distance limits apply), lifetime phone support, free refresher sessions, private community access, priority booking for future services. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
- Can you train my dog for specific venues my family frequents?
- Absolutely! That's exactly what Elite is designed for. During enrollment, tell us your routine—favorite restaurants, country clubs, shopping districts, kids' schools, weekend activities. We'll conduct public outings at those specific locations or similar upscale venues so your dog is proofed in the EXACT environments you'll encounter together. Stimulus generalization requires training in actual settings, not hoping park training transfers.
- Will my nanny/housekeeper/driver be able to handle my dog after Elite training?
- Yes! Multi-handler training is included. During your 2-3 hour in-home transfer session, our trainer will coach everyone who handles your dog—parents, children (age-appropriate), nannies, house managers, drivers, visiting relatives. Everyone learns identical cues and communication so your dog responds consistently regardless of handler. Most Park Cities families need this multi-handler consistency.
- What does the 100% off-leash guarantee mean?
- For qualified dogs (no known aggression, severe reactivity, or extreme anxiety) whose owners follow our handling protocols, we guarantee complete off-leash obedience. This means your dog will sit, down, stay, heel, come to heel, and recall off-leash even in high-distraction environments like busy Highland Park Village or crowded Katy Trail. If skills slip after graduation, we provide free refresher training. Guarantee requires owner follow-through—if you don't practice what we teach, we can't guarantee results.
- How far will you travel for the in-home transfer session?
- In-home transfer is included within ~45 minutes of our facility/trainer. This covers most of Dallas-Fort Worth including Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Southlake, Westlake, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding luxury communities. Extended travel available for additional fee to accommodate families throughout DFW metroplex. We'll coordinate logistics during enrollment.
- What if my dog doesn't complete the AKC CGC test?
- That's extremely rare with Elite-trained dogs—most pass easily because we practice all ten CGC skills throughout the program. If your dog struggles with specific elements, we'll provide additional focused training before retesting. The CGC certification is included in your investment, and we're committed to your dog earning it.
- Can I visit my dog during the 28 days?
- We recommend no visits during the intensive training period to prevent disruption to the learning process. Many dogs experience separation anxiety or regression when owners visit mid-program. We'll provide progress updates so you stay connected to your dog's journey. However, if you have unique circumstances (extended business travel, medical emergency), we can discuss accommodation on a case-by-case basis.
- What happens after graduation if my dog's training starts to slip?
- Contact us immediately! Elite graduates receive lifetime support including free refresher sessions. We'll schedule a tune-up to get your dog back on track. Most "slipping" occurs when owners stop practicing or inadvertently reinforce bad behaviors—we'll coach you on what changed and how to fix it. Our goal is long-term success, not just graduation day results.
