### 2. Set Up Email Notifications
Go to **WPForms → Edit Form 6999 → Settings → Notifications**

**Admin Notification (you get notified):**
- Send To: your@email.com
- Subject: `New Quiz - {field_id="5"} from {field_id="4"}`

**Customer Notification (they get their results):**
- Click "Add New Notification"
- Send To: `{field_id="2"}` ← sends to their email!
- Subject: `Your Training Plan for {field_id="5"}`
- Message: Include their personalized recommendation

### 3. Test It!
1. Complete the quiz
2. Press F12 to see Console
3. Look for:
   - ✅ "Form 6999 found!"
   - ✅ "Successfully populated X fields"
   - ✅ "Form submission attempted!"
4. Check **WPForms → Entries**
5. Check your email inbox
